Donation Request
Jonathan Byrd's is very proud of our philanthropic efforts throughout the State of Indiana. We continually strive to support a variety of non-profit organizations. If you would like to request a donation from Jonathan Byrd's, please send or fax a formal letter of request on the organization's letterhead at least 45 days before your event for consideration. Your letter should provide the following information:
- description of organization
- date and name of event
- potential number of attendees
- type of donation requested
- specifics of whom the event will benefit
- name, address, phone number and e-mail of contact person
- any promotional benefits
Though the frequency and size of donation requests continues to increase, we make every effort to provide our support to charitable efforts throughout the community and state. As much as we would like to donate to all the worthy organizations that ask for support, it is impossible for Jonathan Byrd's to fulfill every request. Due to the daily request for donations, we are unable to answer each request directly. If we are able to donate to your organization or event, Jonathan Byrd's will contact you.
